摘要
为了改进湿法烟气脱硫装置的关键设备——吸收塔的设计,提高吸收塔运行的稳定性,集中讨论了吸收塔最大的开口烟气入口的设计问题。分析了烟气入口部位自身的受力情况和受其影响的吸收塔的整体受力情况,提出了具体的加固方案和型式优化。通过对烟气入口的特殊运行工况进行分析,探讨了烟气入口结垢和腐蚀严重的现象和形成的原因,提出了设计阶段具体的防垢措施和防腐方案,并提出了运行时应该注意的事项,为类似工程项目设计提供了参考。
In order to improve design and operation stability of desulfuriration(WFGD)absorber which is the key equipment of wet flue gas WFGD,the design of flue gas entrance which is the largest opening of absorber was discussed.The force conditions of flue gas entrance itself and the whole absorber were analyzed.The reinforcement methods were listed through analyzing the special operating conditions of the flue gas entrance.The anti scale measures and anticorrosion schemes,and operational considerations were put forward after analysis,which provides a reference for similar projects.
