摘要
为研究3种微量元素(Fe、Co、Mo)对小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)和小环藻(Cyclotella sp.)生长的影响,采用均匀设计的方法,在温度为25℃,光照强度为2 800 lx,光暗比为14 h∶10 h的条件下进行分组实验,测量不同实验组的藻细胞密度、平均生长速率和叶绿素a含量。结果表明:3种微量元素对小球藻和小环藻的各生长指标影响程度均不相同,其中Fe的影响最大。铁、钴和钼对小球藻的最大细胞密度和平均生长速率的影响顺序均为:Fe>Co>Mo,对小球藻的最大叶绿素a含量的影响顺序为:Fe>Mo>Co;对小环藻的最大细胞密度和平均生长速率的影响顺序均为:Fe>Mo>Co,对小环藻的最大叶绿素a含量的影响顺序为:Fe>Co>Mo。利用二次多项式逐步回归分析,得到3种微量元素与小球藻和小环藻的最大藻细胞密度、平均生长速率和最大叶绿素a含量间的显著有效且拟合度较高的二次回归方程,可用于估计特定条件下2种藻类的增殖。
To investigate the effects of three kinds of trace element(Fe, Co and Mo) on the growth of two species of algae, i.e, Chlorella vulgaris and Cyclotella sp., a grouping experiment was conducted using uniform-design method. The experimental condition was the temperature of 25 ℃, illumination intensity of 2 800 lx and the light to dark ratio being 14 h∶10 h; and the indexes measured for the testing groups included the cell density, the average growth rate and chlorophyll-a concentrations of C. vulgaris and Cyclotella sp. Result of the experiment showed that influences of three trace elements on the above growth indexes of Chlorella vulgaris and Cyclotella sp. differed;of the three elements, Fe influenced most, and the effects on the maximum cell density and the mean growth rate of Chlorella vulgaris ranked in descending order as Fe 〉Mo 〉Co; the effect on the maximum chlorophyll-a content ranked in the descending order as Fe 〉Mo 〉Co; the effects on the maximum cell density and mean growth rate of Cyclotella sp. were in the descending order as Fe 〉Mo 〉Co; and the effects on the maximum chlorophyll-a content in the descending order as Fe 〉Mo 〉Co. In addition, through the analysis by the quadratic polynomial stepwise regression the regression equations of high fitting degree were set up between the three trace elements and the growth parameters of Chlorella vulgaris and Cyclotella sp., which can be used to estimate the proliferation of two species of algae under the specific conditions.
