摘要
本文将质量管理方法 PDCA运用于住院医师规范化培训带教师资管理中,通过P阶段分为分析现状、查找原因、找出主要原因和制定计划,D阶段执行计划和措施,C阶段日常督查和定期考评,A阶段检查结果的标准化和成果的巩固,出现的问题转入下一轮管理循环,不断提高住院医师规范化培训师资质量,从而提高住院医师培训质量。
In our study, the quality management method PDCA is applied to the teacher resources management of the standardized training of the resident doctors. Through the P stage, which included the analysis of the status quo, the search for the causes, the finding of the main causes and the planning; D stage which includethe implementation plans and measures; C stage which include the routine inspection and periodic evaluation; following the A stage, mainly about the standardization of the results, we conclude the consolidation of the results. The problems turn into the next round of management cycle, and constantly improve the quality of resident standardized training teachers, thereby improving the quality of residency training.
