摘要 高校协同创新能力是高校协同创新系统发展状况的一种定量描述,对高校协同创新能力进行仿真研究,将有利于进一步查找影响高校协同创新的深层次原因。传统的定性分析和统计方法只能得到宏观的分析结果,难以解决这个非线性的复杂系统问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于系统动力学的高校协同创新能力仿真方法。在深入分析高校协同创新系统的构成要素及各要素相互关系的基础上,通过系统边界设定、因果关系分析,建立了高校协同创新系统动力学模型,并验证了该模型的有效性。以西北工业大学为例进行仿真,预测2016-2030年西北工业大学不同发展策略下各指标数值,仿真结果表明:高校协同创新系统动力学模型能够动态仿真和调控高校协同创新能力,研究结果可为提升西北工业大学协同创新能力提供一定的科学理论依据。 The collaborative innovation ability of university is a quantitative description of the development of collaborative innovation system in colleges and universities. The simulation research on the collaborative innovation ability of university will help to find the deep reasons that affect the collaborative innovation of colleges and universities. Traditional qualitative analysis and statistical methods can only get the macro analysis results, and it is difficult to solve this nonlinear complex system problem. In view of the above problems, a simulation method of university collaborative innovation capability based on system dynamics is proposed. Based on the in - depth analysis of the components of the university collaborative innovation system and the relationship of these components, and through the system boundary setting, causal analysis, a dynamic model of university collaborative innovation system was established, and then the effectiveness of the model was verified. Taking the Northwestern Polytechnical University as an example, the simulation results of different development strategies of the northwest industrial university from 2016 to 2030 were predicted. The simulation results show that the dynamic model of university collaborative innovation system can dynamically simulate and control the collaborative innovation ability of colleges and universities. The research results can provide some scientific basis for upgrading the collaborative innovation capability of the industrial university of northwest China.
