基于系统动力学的废弃塑料托盘回收利用仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对塑料托盘使用寿命结束后的回收再利用问题,采用系统动力学方法,通过Vensim PLE软件结合实际数据对废弃塑料托盘回收进行仿真实验,分析了不同返利金比例和环保税额对废弃塑料托盘回收率和回收利润的影响,得出了不同政策组合下废弃塑料托盘回收利用的动态仿真结果。结果表明:较高的环保税额和返利金比例构成的政策组合更有利于提高废弃塑料托盘回收率,但并不能获得最优的回收利润;较高的环保税额和较低的返利金比例构成的政策组合,可以获得最优的回收利润,但并不能最大程度回收废弃塑料托盘;当返利金比例为0.1、0.2和0.3时,回收商在仿真的年限内均可盈利。 In view of the recycling problem after the end of the service life of plastic pallets,the system dynamics method was used to simulate the recycling of waste plastic pallets by using Vensim PLE software combined with actual data. The analysis of different rebate ratios and environmental taxes on waste plastic pallets was carried out. The dy- namic simulation results of recycling discarded plastic pallets under different policy combinations are given by the im- pact of rate and recycling profit. The resuhs show: the combination of higher environmental tax and rebate ratio is more conducive to improve the recovery rate of waste plastic pallets, but cannot obtain the best recycling profit;the combina- tion of higher environmental tax and lower rebate ratio can achieve the best recovery profit, but cannot recover the waste plastic pallet to the maximum extent ;when the rebate ratio is 0.1,0.2 and 0.3 ,the recycler can be profitable during the simulation period.
