摘要
分别建立了压缩机、膨胀阀、换热器、水箱的数学模型,建立了循环加热式热泵热水器的Simulink动态仿真模型并进行了热水器运行过程的动态仿真。搭建了循环加热式热泵热水器试验系统,并对某品牌的循环加热式热泵热水器产品进行了试验测试。对比试验测试和仿真结果,优化了仿真模型,验证了仿真模型的准确性。
The models of the compressor, expansion valve and heat exchanger were established separately. The dynamic simulation model of circulating heat pump water heater based on Simulink was established and the dynamic simulation was carried out with the model. The test system of the circulating heating heat pump water heater was set up, and the test of a brand of circulating heating heat pump water heater was carried out. By comparing simulation results with test results, the simulation model was optimized and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified.
