摘要
韩国国立中央图书馆作为韩国国家代表图书馆,为有效履行各项职能,积极施行法人治理,创建委员会制度。通过对该图书馆委员会的创建依据、类别、职能、组织结构、会议与决议、委员待遇等因素进行细致描述,找出图书馆委员会制度创建及发展所必须的政策保障和完善措施。正值我国《公共图书馆法》颁布之际,希望本文对韩国国立中央图书馆委员会制度的解析,对我国图书馆理事会制度的建设和完善起到积极作用。
As a representative of libraries in South Korea, the National Library of Korea actively implements corporate governance and established a committee system in order to perform all functions effectively. The paper de- scribes the basis, categories, functions and structure of the committee, committee meetings and resolutions, mem- bers＇ remuneration and other matters to find out the necessary policies and measures for the establishment and devel- opment of library committee system. At the promulgation of The Public Library Law of the People＇s Republic of China, I hope that the analysis of the committee system of National Library of Korea can play an active role in the establish- ment and improvement of the corporate governance of public libraries in our country.
