摘要
比较某耐硫变换装置两种不同的硫化方案:工艺气在线硫化和循环硫化。两种方案在流程和操作上均可满足要求,但循环硫化方案更具优势。同时针对该装置在开工过程中出现的问题,分析原因并提出解决方案。
This paper compares two different sulfurization schemes for a sulfur-tolerant shift unit: on-line sulfurization and cyclic sulfurization of theprocess gas. Both schemes can meet the requirements in both process and operation,but the cyclic sulfurization scheme has more advantages. At the same time,for the problems that occurred during the startup of the unit,this paper analyzes the causes and proposes solutions.
