介绍耐硫变换催化剂QDB-03在宁波万华聚氨酯有限公司煤造气装置上硫化和工业应用情况。运行情况表明,QDB-03耐硫变换催化剂变换活性好,强度和活性稳定性高,完全能适应"水煤浆气化"高压和高水气比变换工艺条件对催化剂性能的要求。
QDB-03 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst used in both the vulcanization process and industrialapplication on the coal gasification plant in the said company is introduced. The operational shows that thatQDB-03 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst has a good shift activity,strength and a high activity stability fullymeeting the requirement for catalyst performance by the shift process conditions of coal-water slurrygasification with high pressure and high water/gas ratio.
