摘要
在新时代背景下,我国的科学技术水平飞速提高,很多企业面临着新的挑战与机遇。烯烃分离装置是石油化工企业生产乙烯和丙烯的主要设备,烯烃分离装置比常规的乙烯分离装置操作简单,技术先进,该工艺没有前冷烯烃和乙烯制冷压缩机。不过,烯烃分离装置的流程繁琐,投料开工的难度较大。为了减少烯烃分离装置的开工损失,企业可以从施工质量、仪表设备、生产准备、生产操作、开工统筹等方面着手,降低试车成本和开工损失。主要研究了减少烯烃分离装置开工损失的有效措施。
Under the background of the new era,China’s science and technology level is improving rapidly,and many enterprises are facing new challenges and opportunities.The olefin separation unit is the main equipment for the production of ethylene and propylene in petrochemical enterprises.The olefin separation device is simpler and more advanced than the conventional ethylene separation device.The process has no pre cold olefin and ethylene refrigeration compressor.However,the process of the olefin separation plant is cumbersome and it is difficult to start the feedstock.In order to reduce the start loss of the olefin separation unit,the enterprise can reduce the cost of the test and the start loss from the aspects of construction quality,instrument and equipment,production preparation,production operation and commissioning.The main content of this paper is the effective measures to reduce start-up loss of olefin separation plant.
