摘要
目的分析福建省某肿瘤医院2012年-2016年住院患者情况,了解收治排名前10位恶性肿瘤的构成、年龄和性别分布情况,为福建省恶性肿瘤的防治工作提供参考依据。方法调取住院患者的住院病案首页信息,采用国际疾病分类为标准进行分类,进行回顾性分析。结果恶性肿瘤住院患者占全院住院患者的81.9%。排名前10位恶性肿瘤顺位依次为肺癌、宫颈癌、胃癌、食管癌、甲状腺癌、鼻咽癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、直肠癌、结肠癌,占恶性肿瘤住院患者的73.5%。不同的恶性肿瘤病种在性别、年龄的发病情况上也存在差异。结论排名前10位的恶性肿瘤病种可作为福建省肿瘤防治的重点,医院可依此制定相应的肿瘤专科建设。针对各恶性肿瘤性别和年龄上的发病规律,各病种的高危群体应定期体检。
Objective By analyzing the cases of hospitalized patients with malignant tumor from the tumor hospital of Fujian Province in five years（from 2012 to 2016）,this paper aimed to realize the main composition,age and sex distribution of malignant tumors,which contributed to the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor in Fujian Province. Methods To conduct the retrospective statistical analysis,the home information of hospitalized patients（from 2012 to 2016） were adopted and classified using the International Classification of Disease（ICD-10）.Results The analysis result showed that the lung cancer,cervical cancer,stomach cancer,esophageal cancer,thyroid cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,and colon cancer were the top 10 malignancies. What＇s more,there existed differences in the incidence of these malignancies in terms of both gender and age.Conclusions The statistics of hospitalized patients with malignant tumor,which suggested that the top 10 malignant tumor diseases should be especially treated as a focal point. And the related hospitals could establish tumor specialized construction accordingly. For the sex and age of each malignant tumor,it was recommended that people over 40 should have regular physical examination,and we should pay attention to the trend of younger cancer represented by thyroid tumor.
