摘要
目的通过对疾病死亡性别、年龄分布及主要死因构成的了解,找出威胁人民生命安全的主要疾病及影响因素,为医院管理及专业部门合理制定卫生保健措施提供参考依据。方法根据《国际疾病》ICD-10的分类标准,对某医院2009年-2013年2623份住院死亡病例按其性别构成,年龄分组,死因顺位进行比较,数据运用Excel进行整理、分析、处理。结果总病死率为0.72%,男性明显高于女性,死亡率集中于50岁以后年龄组。70岁以上年龄组死亡人数最多,占死亡总数的35.15%。前三位死因分别是:恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病。肿瘤占比较高达41.56%。结论应重点加强恶性肿瘤、循环系统、呼吸系统等重点疾病的防治。不断改善人们生存的环境,降低病死率,提高人群的期望寿命。
Objectives Through conducting analysis on items included the gender. age distribution and the composition of primary cause of death of the death cases. to find out the principal kinds of diseases and the influential factors. so as to provide references for the hospital management and professional ministries to formulate health care measures reasonably. Methods To conduct a comparative analysis on the gender composition. age grouping and death cause sequence of 2623 death cases from 2009 to 2013 of a hospital according to the classification rules in ICD-10. then make data settlement. analysis and management with the application of Excel software. Results The total fatality rate was 0.72%. which was obviously high in male patients than female ones.and the high death rate was centered on the age group above 50 years. The most death cases were in the age group above 70 years old. which accounted for 35.15%. The first three death causes were malignant tumors. circulation system diseases and respiratory diseases. and the tumors accounted for 41.56%. Conclusions We should put emphasis on the treatment strengthening of malignant tumors. circulation system diseases and respiratory diseases.With continuous development of survival environment and decreasing of death rate. could we improve the life expectancy of the humans.
