摘要
目的分析和验证新兴项目花样跳绳运动对女大学生身体形态、机能和素质等方面的影响。方法运用文献资料法、实验法、比较分析法和数理统计法等方法 ,研究为期3个月常规体育教学采用花样跳绳干预手段,对实验组女大学生健身效果的影响。结果花样跳绳对实验组女大学生的体重、BMI、脉搏和肺活量指标及仰卧起坐、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、50m跑和800m跑耗时各项素质均有明显影响(P<0.05或者P<0.01)。结论花样跳绳对促进女大学生的体质健康有着积极效用,高校应重视体育课堂对花样跳绳项目的开发利用,促使女大学生积极参与花样跳绳运动,增强健身效果。
Purposes— To analyze and verify the influence of the new project fancy rope skipping on female college students’ body shape, function and quality.Methods— The fitness effect of female college students during three months of regular physical education teaching was investigated by using the fancy rope skipping as intervention to the experimental group with the methods of documentary, experimental, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics etc.Results— The fancy rope jumping obviously affected the weight, BMI, pulse and vital capacity indicators of female college students in the experimental group as well as their sit-ups, standing long jump, sit-and-reach, 50-meter race and 800-meter race.Conclusion— The investigation shows that the fancy rope skipping has positive effect on the promotion of the physical health of female college students. It is suggested that colleges and universities should attach importance to the development and utilization of fancy rope skipping project and prompt the college-aged woman to actively participate in fancy rope skipping in order to enhance their fitness level. Meanwhile, it is of positive significance to cultivate college-aged woman’s willpower, self-confidence, self-regulation ability and rich imagination.
