摘要
从多年的裁判实践和调查中挑选了 4例典型的疑难问题进行剖析 ,从裁判员工作、田赛规则、运动员本身等方面分析了产生疑难问题的原因 ,认为提高裁判员素质 。
The four typical knotty problems,chosen from the writer′s several years′ work & investigation as a judge,are dealt with and analysed.The reason for these knotty problems is analysed from judge′s work,track and field rules,the athlete,and so on.The key to solve knotty problems is to increase the diathesis as a judge,to study track and field rules for athletes.
