摘要
通过收集文献资料、访问调查等方法,对广西第11届运动会羽毛球裁判员执裁现状进行调查分析,结果表明:选派的裁判员地域分布不均,学历水平较高,但总体英语水平不高,裁判组织机构不完善,没有形成一个良好的管理机制。建议健全组织,规范运作,从选拔、考试、培训、使用等方面科学管理,为裁判员创造竞争的环境,培养出高水平的裁判员,保证竞赛顺利进行。
Having investigated and analyzed the status quo of Guangxi badminton referees in the 11th National Games through the methods of collecting literatures and documents,visiting and surveying.And the result shows that the selected referees are distributed over the regions and they got a higher education attainment,however,the overall standard of English is not in a high level.Moreover,the judge organization and structure are imperfect.And there is not a great management mechanism.Perfecting the organization,standardizing the operation,and managing scientifically by selecting,testing,training and using are the main points to create an environment of competition to referees,cultivate high level referees,and guarantee an emulation work smooth.
