摘要
本研究在概述政府购买社会组织服务相关理论的基础上,分析了政府购买服务的制度实践和特征,然后重点分析了目前我国政府购买服务制度在实践中存在的问题,并提出了优化建议,以期为进一步推动政府购买社会组织服务制度体系的改革提供借鉴和参考。
This study overview on the govermnent to buy social organization service, on the basis of relevant theories, analyzes the system of practice and characteristics of govermnent purchasing service, and then focuses on analysis of the current our country government purchasing service system of the problems in practice, and puts forward the optimization advice, hoping to provide reference for further promoting the govermnent purchase system of social organization service system reform.
