摘要
危机传播与政府形象塑造是双向互动的整体,可以互为促进亦可互相阻碍。新媒体时代危机传播呈现网络化、多元化和交互化等特征,这给危机传播治理主体之一的政府,无疑带来了巨大的挑战。与此同时,政府的危机传播理念、危机舆情管理及与公众平等、有效地对话,这些问题如果处理不当会严重影响政府形象的塑造。因此政府要转变危机传播理念、完善网络舆情预警和信息传输机制、与公众对话,建立共同的话语空间,只有这样才能塑造良好的政府形象。
Crisis transmission and government image building are a bilateral interaction whole which can either promote or imped to each other.In the new media era,crisis transmission is characterized by network,pluralism and interactivity,which brings great challenges to the government that is one of the subjects of crisis transmission management.At the same time, if the problems,such as the government's crisis transmission idea,crisis public opinion management and a equality and effective dialogue with the public,cannot be handled improperly,it will affect the building of government image seriously.So government should change the concept of crisis spread,perfect the network information and transmission mechanism,develop dialogue and establish a common space with public.Only in this way,can we build a good image of government.
