摘要
由于企业和学校的管理方式完全不同,传统的办学模式在一定程度上制约了现代学徒制实施.通过实地调研,总结出了企业施工一线实习实践教学与学校实施现代学徒制教学模式中存在的问题,针对性地提出了建筑类专业实施现代学徒制的对策,包括落实现代学徒制工作扶持性政策,健全招生与招工制度,制定专业教育标准和课程标准框架,规范工学结合人才培养模式,建立科学的教学管理与运行机制以及监督评价制度,以此保障建筑类专业现代学徒制的有效实施.
The management of enterprises and schools is completely different, so, to some extent, the traditional mode of schooling has restricted the implementation of modern apprenticeship. Through the investigation, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the practice teaching of the enterprise construction front-line practice and in implementing modern apprenticeship system in schools. Aiming at the problems, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the implementation of modern apprenticeship in architectural specialties, include implementing the supporting policy of modern apprenticeship work, perfecting the enrolment and recruiting system, formulating professional education standards and curriculum standard framework, standardizing the training mode of integrating engineering and engineering, establishing scientific teaching management and operation mechanism and establishing supervision and evaluation system, so as to guarantee the specialty of architecture and the effective implementation of the apprenticeship system.
