摘要
提出了一种新型的齿轮磨损量计算模型。首先选取建立模型的必要参数,然后根据齿轮参数值确定合理的载荷值,最后通过建立新型齿轮磨损量计算模型,实现对齿轮平面设计中抗磨性能参数的分析。仿真结果表明:该模型能够有效地计算出齿轮的磨损量,磨损量计算结果为2mm,表明该齿轮的抗磨性能好。相比有限元模型,该模型计算结果的准确性提高了25%,磨损量计算误差控制在1. 0mm以内,证明其对抗磨性能的分析更准确。
It proposes a new model of gear wear volume, which selects the necessary parameters of the model and determines the reasonable load value according to the parameter value of the gear. Under the action of the load, it sets up a new model of gear wear calculation to realize the analysis of the wear resistance parameters in the gear plane design. The simulation results show that the model can effectively calculate the wear amount of gear, and the result is 2mm. It describes that the wear resistance of the gear is good. Comparing with the finite element model, it proves the the calculation error of wear quantity is controlled within 1.0mm, and the analysis of anti-wear performance is more accurate, its accuracy is improved by 25%.
