摘要
齿轮传动是一种应用广泛的机械传动方式。为了提高齿轮的设计效率,采用Visual C++与ANSYS软件的APDL技术,创建了渐开线啮合直齿轮的参数化建模与数值分析软件平台。通过系统性研究渐开线齿轮的关键参数和基本结构,对软件系统进行了基本构架设计、基本功能设计和用户界面设计,建立了参数化建模和分析模型。调用外部操作有限元分析软件ANSYS批处理模式,通过人机界面输入关键参数、材料属性和边界条件等实现了一对齿轮参数化建模与数值分析全过程,缩短建模时间。
Gear transmission is a kind of widely used mechanical transmission. In order to improve the design efficiency, though the Visual C + + and APDL ANSYS software technology, the parametric modeling and a- nalysis software platform is established. In this paper, the key parameters and the basic structure of the involute gear are studied systematically, and the basic structure, the basic function and the basic software system of the user interface are established. Then call the external operation of the finite element analysis software ANSYS in batch mode, the top input the key parameters, the clearance coefficient of material properties and boundary con- ditions, the number and value of the whole process of gear parametric modeling, thus shorten the modeling time.
