采油螺杆泵衬套的磨损机理及预防措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 以采油用普通内摆线型单头单螺杆泵的螺杆-衬套副为研究对象,利用理论分析、仿真模拟和有限元方法,分析了螺杆-衬套副的滑动速度和接触应力的分布规律。根据采油螺杆泵的工况,综合螺杆-衬套副的运动学和力学的研究结果,分析了衬套橡胶的磨损特点,确认衬套橡胶的磨损形式主要有摩擦磨损、磨粒磨损、疲劳磨损和粘着磨损。最后进一步分析阐述了各类磨损的作用机理,同时提出了预防和减轻各类磨损的方法和途径。 The wear of bushing is one of the main reasons for the failure of the screw pump. Taking the wear for screw-liner pair of conventional hypocycloid single helix screw pump as the object,it applies the method of theoretical analysis to simulate the comprehensive function of the sliding speed and contact force distribution of screwliner pair. Based on the working condition of the pump and kinematics,it analyzes the ware mechanics and illustrates the wear characteristics of the bushing rubber,shows that the main wear form of the bushing rubber are friction wear,abrasive wear,fatigue wear and adhesive wear. Based on the mechanism of different kinds of wear further,it presents the methods and approaches to prevent and reduce wear.
