摘要
选取南京市典型的8家汽车维修企业,采集喷涂工艺过程产生的VOCs样品,使用气相色谱/质谱系统对样品进行检测,建立南京市汽车维修行业VOCs排放的化学成分谱,并计算其臭氧生成潜势。结果表明,苯系物是汽车维修行业生成O3的优势VOCs成分,芳香烃是化学反应活性最强的VOCs组分。
Selected 8 typical automobile maintenance enterprises, and collected VOCs samplesproduced in the process of spraying, which were detected with GC/MS system. Made a detail desc-riptive analysis on the chemical profiles and ozone formation potential of VOCs. The results showedthat benzenes was the dominant VOCs component, and aromatic hydrocarbons has the strongestchemical reaction activity in automobile maintenance industry.
