摘要
通过气相色谱法监测分析一化工企业有机废气的VOCs组分,根据VOCs组分在该化工企业的VOCs在线监测仪上建立了VOCs在线监测模型,且比对监测结果符合相关要求。以9个生产周期的在线监测数据核算VOCs总量,并与常用的VOCs总量核算方法进行比较分析,为推进VOCs在线监测技术在总量核算和污染防控方面的应用提供新思路。
Gas chromatography was used for analysis of VOCs components in a chemical enterprise.The on-line monitoring model of VOCs was established on the on-line monitor of VOCs according to VOCs components.The results of comparison and monitoring met requirements.The total amount of VOCs was accounted from the on-line monitoring data for 9 production cycles.This method was compared with the commonly used accounting method of VOCs total amount.The research provided new ideas for promoting the application of VOCs on-line monitoring technology in VOCs total amount accounting and pollution prevention.
