摘要
目的:观察自拟健脾祛湿方治疗痰湿中阻型后循环缺血性眩晕(posterior circulation ischemia vertigo,PCIV)的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年1月至2017年1月漯河市第二人民医院门诊及住院治疗的痰湿中阻型PCIV患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服治疗,治疗组给予自拟健脾祛湿方治疗。结果:治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率83.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度优于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:自拟健脾祛湿方治疗痰湿中阻型PCIV临床疗效显著,能改善患者平均血流速度。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Decoction for Invigorating Spleen to Eliminate Damp on posterior circulation ischemia vertigo（ PCIV） with syndrome of phlegm-damp in middle-jiao.Methods： Sixty patients with PCIV with syndrome of phlegm-damp in middle-jiao treated in our hospital for outpatient or inpatient treatment from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random digital table method,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups’ patients were all given conventional symptomatic treatment,then the ones in the control group were additionally treated with Betahistine Mesilate Tablets for oral administration,and the ones in the treatment group were additionally given self-made Decoction for Invigorating Spleen to Eliminate Damp.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,while that of the control group was 83.3%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.The average blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the treatment group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）,and all the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion： Self-made Decoction for Invigorating Spleen to Eliminate Damp has a remarkable clinical curative effect on PCIV with syndrome of phlegm-damp in middle-jiao,can improve the patients’ average blood flow velocity.
