摘要
目的:观察强力定眩片联合氟桂利嗪治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将59例患者随机分为观察组29例、对照组30例。对照组患者于每天晚上睡前口服氟桂利嗪胶囊,5 mg/次,1次/d;观察组患者在此基础上服用强力定眩片治疗,4~6片/次,3次/d。比较2组临床疗效,临床症状评分,血液动力指标及血浆内皮素1(ET-1)及血脂水平。结果:总有效率观察组为89.65%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。耳鸣、眩晕、听力障碍、头痛、平衡障碍及植物神经功能紊乱症状评分2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。右椎动脉、左椎动脉及基底动脉血流动力指标治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ET-1及血脂治疗前后2组组内及组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强力定眩片联合氟桂利嗪治疗眩晕症临床疗果明显,可有效改善患者临床症状、血流动力学及血脂水平。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of Qiang Li Ding Xuan tablets and flunarizine in the treatment for vertigo.Methods：All 59 patients were randomized into 29 cases of the observation group and 30 cases of the control group.The control group took flunarizine capsules in the evening each day,5 mg each time,once each day;and the observation group Qiang Li Ding Xuan tablets on the base,four to six tablets each time,three times each day.To compare clinical effects between both groups,the score of clinical symptoms the index of hemodymamics,the levels of ET-1 and blood lipid.Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 89.65%,higher than 73.33% of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the scales of the symptoms including tinnitus,dizziness,dysaudia,headache,disequilibrium and vegetative nerve functional disturbance（P〈0.05）.The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of hemodynamic indexes of right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery and arteriae basilaris between before and after treating within two groups（P〈0.05）; the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating（P〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of ET-1 and blood lipid within two groups before and after treating（P〈0.05）; the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qiang Li Ding Xuan tablets and flunarizine are effective in the treatment for vertigo,they could effectively improve clinical symptoms,the levels of hemodynamic indexs and blood lipid of the patients.
