摘要
针对目前饮料生产线传统CIP清洗系统存在酸碱液、纯水浪费严重,清洗时间长问题,提出了采用压缩空气代替纯水置换清洗液,增加纯水回收装置及清洗参数独立设置的优化方案。用压缩空气替代纯水置换清洗液,避免了清洗液被稀释问题,提高清洗液回收浓度和缩短冲水时间;增加纯水回收装置,回收符合工艺要求的冲洗用水,减少纯水消耗;清洗参数独立设置,使每路CIP清洗参数能根据实际情况独立设置,避免清洗不足及清洗过度问题。优化方案在一条36 000瓶/h生产线上应用,结果表明,全年可节约工业用水消耗2.1万t,浓酸7.8t,浓碱20.1t,节约生产成本25.4万元。
In order to solve the problems of serious waste of acid and alkali solution and pure water,and long cleaning time in the conventional CIP cleaning system of the existing beverage production line,an optimization scheme that uses compressed air in place of pure water to replace the cleaning solution,and adds the pure water recovery device and sets the cleaning parameters independently was proposed. The use of compressed air in place of pure water to replace the cleaning solution avoids dilution problem of the cleaning solution,thus increasing the recovery concentration of the cleaning solution and shortening the flushing time;the pure water recovery device was added to recover flushing water that meets the process requirements,and reduce the consumption of pure water;The cleaning parameters were set independently so that each CIP cleaning parameter could be set independently according to the actual situation to avoid the problem of insufficient cleaning and excessive cleaning. The application results show that the optimization scheme can save 21,000 tons of industrial water consumption,7.8 tons of concentrated acid,and 20.1 tons of concentrated alkali in a 36,000 tons/year production line with saved production cost of 254,000 Yuan.
