摘要
目的评价FibroTouch R脂肪衰减参数对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者肝脏脂肪变程度的诊断价值。方法采用医学研究对比法,选取2016年10月～2017年10月以来赣州市第五人民医院收治的98例NAFLD患者,按照诊断方式的不同,等分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用彩超进行诊断检查,观察组应用FibroTouch R进行诊断检查,比较对照组和观察组的诊断效果。结果观察组患者的诊断正确率97.96%(48/49)明显高于对照组患者的诊断正确率71.43%(35/49),两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FibroTouch R脂肪衰减参数对NAFLD患者的诊断价值确切,应用该诊断方式,实现了对肝脏脂肪变程度的定量检测;Fibrotouch的检测结果为经过仪器精密计算的具体数值,可减少主观因素引起的人为误差,显著提高了检测的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of FibroTouch R adipose attenuation parameters for the degree of hepatic steatosis in pa- tients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）. Methods The medical research comparison, selected October 2016 to October 2017 in the Fifth People＇s Hospital of Ganzhou since October 98 cases of NAFLD patients, according to the different ways of diagnosis, divided into control group and observation group, control group were diagnosed by ultrasound examination, the observation group used FibroTouch R for diagnosis, in order to comparison and observation of the diagnosis effect of the two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 97.96% （48/49）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.43% （35/49）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion FibroTouch R fat attenuation parameters on NAFLD patients with the diagnosis of the exact value, using the diagnosis method, realizes the quantitative detection of the degree of fatty liver; the detection results of Fibrotouch through numerical calculation precision, can reduce human error caused by the subjective factors, significantly increased the accuracy of detection.
