摘要
目的探讨结核性胸膜炎诊断过程中开展结核感染T细胞斑点试验的临床价值。方法以2015年11月～2017年11月于本院诊治的结核性胸膜炎患者、恶性胸腔积液患者、非结核性胸膜炎患者和健康志愿者各55例,对其实行结核感染T细胞斑点试验,比较4组的检验结果。结果结核性胸膜炎患者检测的阳性率显著高于恶性胸腔积液组、非结核性胸膜炎组和健康志愿者组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结核感染T细胞斑点试验用于结核性胸膜炎的诊断有较高的准确率,操作简单,建议临床采纳和推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value ofT cell spot test in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods From November 2015 to November 2017, 55 patients with tuberculous pleurisy, 55 patients with malignant pleural effusion, 55 patients with non-tuberculous pleurisy and 55 healthy volunteers were tested with T-cell spot test for tuberculosis infection. The results of the four groups were compared. Results The positive rate of tuberculous pleurisy was significantly higher than that of malignant pleural effusion, non-tuberculous pleurisy and healthy volunteers （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy by T cell spot test is of high accuracy and simple operation. It is recommended to be adopted and popularized clinically.
