摘要
推行行政管理层级结构调整与革新,是我国行政体制改革的重要内容。行政问责机制在行政管理中发挥着重要作用,有必要从行政问责角度研究我国行政管理层级的调整逻辑,设置合理的行政管理层级改革路径,以全面提高地方政府行政管理水平。
The implementation of administrative structure adjustment and innovation is an important part of administrative system reform in China. Administrative accountability mechanism plays an important role in administrative management. It is necessary to study the adjustment logic of administrative hierarchy in China from the perspective of administrative accountability and set up a reasonable path of administrative hierarchy reform so as to improve the administrative level of local government in an all-round way.
