摘要
以科技企业合作研发为切入点,将人才共享所产生的风险区分为4种:内部人激励风险、纯粹性风险、合作稳定性风险、被动侵权与研发低效风险,在分析这些风险成因的基础上,提出降低人才共享对科技企业负面风险的路径,为相应制度优化与企业决策调整提供依据。
This paper divides the risk of talent sharing into four types:internal incentive risk,pure risk,cooperative stability risk,passive infringement and RD inefficiency risk,and analyzes the causes of these risks.This paper puts forward the way to reduce the negative risk of talent sharing to technology enterprises,and provides the basis for the corresponding system optimization and enterprise decision adjustment.
