摘要
灵活就业已在广东城镇在业女性中占有一定的比例,其用工形式、就业部门、工作时间、求职方式等方面呈现出多样化的特点。灵活就业在为女性提供多种就业机会、满足不同女性劳动者的就业需求、扩大就业选择自主权的同时,也使在这一领域就业的大多数女性的职业收入、职业层次偏低,劳动权益和社会生活保障受到不同程度的损害。因此,政府应肩负起正确引导、调节和保护妇女灵活就业的重任并承担风险;非政府组织应与政府、社会各界建立起新型的合作伙伴关系,分担政府面临的就业压力,组织妇女进行社会化就业;广大妇女应认清就业形势,转变就业观念,提高竞争意识,增强就业能力,适应就业形式的转变。
Flexible employment has now occupied a certain proportion among Guangdong's urban women employees, featuring a significant diversity in employment forms, employment sectors work hours and job-hunting methods. Flexible employment has offered women a variety of job opportunities, satisfied the employment requirements of different women workers and widened their field of employment options. At the same time, however, it has also lowered both occupational income and level of most of the women, and prejudiced, to varying degrees, their labor rights and interests as well as their social security benefits. For this reason, it is incumbent upon the government to shoulder the responsibility of providing correct guidance, proper regulation and adequate protection for women in flexible employment, and bearing the risks involved therein. Non-governmental organizations should establish a new type of cooperative partnership with government institutions and the general public, share the government's employment pressure, and organize women for socialized employment. On their part, women should clearly recognize the employment situation, change their employment concept, heighten their competition awareness, enhance their employment capability, and adapt themselves to the changes in employment forms.
