走向融合:民族学校场域中多元文化教育之路 被引量:2

摘要 多元文化融合教育为缓解多元文化冲突而生,提倡多元异质文化之间的理解、尊重、融通,对民族学校多元文化走向融合具有重大意义。本研究以"民族学校的教育空间"为场域,以"学生的性情倾向"为惯习,以"学生的文化资源"为资本,采用访谈法、观察法等提出构建多元文化场域之路、培养共生文化惯习之路和丰富未来文化资本之路这三条多元文化融合教育路径。搭建跨文化交流平台、营造多元文化融合环境、发挥校长涵化作用、实施文化融合辅导、开展三语教学模式、挖掘文化融合课程、萃取异质优秀文化、完善文化传播路径等八个方面是多元文化融合教育路径的具体体现。 The education of multicultural integration is born to alleviate the conflict of multiculturalism, and promote the understanding, respect and integration between diverse cultures, which is of great significance to the multicultural integration of national schools.The research takes "the educational space of the national school" as the field, takes "the disposition tendency of the student" as the habit, takes "the student's cultural resource" as the capi- tal, by using interview method and observation method and so on, puts forward to the way of multicultural education in the field of national schools, namely the way of constructing the multicultural field, cultivating the symbiotic cul- tural habit and enriching the future cultural capital. Building a cross-cultural communication platform, creating a multicultural integration environment, giving play to the role of the principal acculturation, implementing cultural integration guidance, carrying out trilingual teaching mode, excavating the course of cultural integration, extracting the excellent heterogeneous culture and improving the cultural transmission path are the concrete embodiment of the way of multicultural education in the field of national schools.
