摘要
在教育改革不断推进的大背景下,高等职业教育一直在进行积极的改革工作,教育水平得到了充分发展和提高,为给社会培养出更多高素质且适合社会发展需求的专业性、技术技能型人才,应积极探索现代学徒制育人模式。本文主要探讨高职院校实施现代学徒制育人模式时取得的成绩和存在的问题,以期完善现代学徒制人才培养的模式,使现代学徒制在现今的高职教育中发挥更好的作用。
Under the background of reformation of high education moving forward constantly, high vocational education has been working on a positive reform work and the level of education has been fully developed And improved. More professional and technical talents with high quality have been cultivated to meet the needs of social development. Meanwhile,apprenticeship education mode has been actively explored. This paper mainly discusses the achievements and existing problems of implementing
modern apprenticeship education mode in high vocational colleges,to improve the mode of modern apprenticeship,and make it play a better role in present higher vocational education.
