摘要
现代学徒制是深化产教融合、促进知行合一的有效途径,为了满足知识创新时代社会对技术技能型人才的需求,国内很多高职院校先后开展了现代学徒制试点工作。虽然试点工作取得了一定的成绩,但诸如“双重身份”陷阱、“双重体系”困境、“双导师结构”异化等问题也随之出现,参与主体之间的利益诉求难以平衡。因此,亟需从多个维度来构建现代学徒制的长效运行机制,以有效提升人才培养质量。
Modern apprenticeship is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to deepen the integration of industry and education,and to promote the integration of knowledge and practice.In order to meet the exponentially increasing demand for high level technical and technical talents in the era of knowledge innovation,many higher vocational colleges in China have carried out pilot work of modern apprenticeship.while acquiring some successful experiences,we are also faced with following problems,like the“double identity”trap,the“double system”dilemma and the alienation structure of“double mentor”.Moreover,it is always difficult to strike a balance between the interest of enterprises,higher vocational colleges and students.Therefore,it is urgent and beneficial to build a long term and effective mechanism from multiple dimensions on which modern apprenticeship can rely in order to improve the quality of talent training.
