摘要
新时代背景下,随着"中国制造2025"强国战略行动纲领的稳步推进,对技术技能型人才提出了新的要求。为经济产业供给人才的职业教育需要与时俱进,坚持培养人才与经济产业需求协同发展,提供符合经济产业和职业院校学生实际的教学内容,处理好工匠精神与适应性从业能力协同培养的关系。
Under the background of the new era,with the steady push of the action plan of＂China manufactured 2025＂,a new requirement is put forward for the technical skilled talents.The vocational education which supplies skilled talents for the economic industry needs should keep pace with the times,maintain the synergic development of talents and economic industry demand,provide the practical teaching content in line with the practice of the the economic industry and vocational college students,and deal with the relationship between the spirit of craftsman and the adaptability working ability.
