摘要
我国高等教育法明确规定:高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才,而且培养大学生科研创新能力对国家发展极其重要。本文从本科大学生的角度,谈制约当代大学生科研创新能力普遍存在的问题,对科研创新的认识和科研创新过程中出现的问题进行分析研究,针对以上问题提出有效的措施,来进一步提高大学生科研创新能力。
Higher education law of China clearly stipulates that the task of higher education is cultivating senior professionals with innovative spirit and innovative ability.Moreover, the cultivation of the scientific research and innovation ability of university students is extremely important for the development of the country. From the angle of undergraduate students,this paper discusses the problems that restrict the ability of contemporary college students to innovate in scientiff c research,and analyzes and studies the cognition of scientiff c research innovation and the problems appearing in the process of scientific research and innovation. In response to these issues, we will propose effective measures to further improve the scientiff c research and innovation capabilities of university students .
