摘要
目的:探讨儿童唾液中趋化性细胞因子CCL28含量和s Ig A抗体分泌与儿童患龋状况之间的联系。方法:抽取长沙市两所幼儿园3~5岁108名幼儿进行龋齿检查,根据检查结果分为无龋组[龋失补指数(dynamical mean-field theory,DMFT)=0];低龋组(DMFT=1~4);高龋组(DMFT≥5),收集非刺激性全唾液样本,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测唾液中CCL28及s Ig A的含量,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:108名儿童唾液中CCL28的浓度为(121.22±32.63)pg/m L,s Ig A的浓度为(16.49±8.02)μg/m L,两者之间存在线性正相关关系(r=0.734),且儿童唾液样本中CCL28和s Ig A含量随儿童患龋程度而增加(P<0.05)。结论:儿童龋患能够促进CCL28和s Ig A分泌,且CCL28和s Ig A的分泌量与龋患程度呈正相关;CCL28对唾液中s Ig A的分泌起促进作用。
Objective: To explore the association of the dental decay of children with the contents of chemokine CCL28 and secretory immunoglobulin A(s Ig A) in saliva. Methods: A total of 108 children in 2 kindergartens of Changsha, with age from 3 to 5 years old, were enrolled for this study. The saliva was collected from these children when they were in the examination of mouth. The children were divided into 3 groups: A non-caries group [dynamical mean-field theory(DMFT)=0], a low caries group(DMFT=1–4) and a high caries group(DMFT≥5). The contents of CCL28 and s Ig A were measured by ELISA. Results: The contents of CCL28 and s Ig A in saliva were(121.22±32.63) pg/m L and(16.49±8.02) μg/m L, respectively. A positive linear correlation was found between the CCL28 content and s Ig A content in saliva(r=0.734). The CCL28 and s Ig A contents in saliva were positively correlated with the degree of dental caries in children(P<0.05). Conclusion: The dental decay of children leads to the secretion of chemokine CCL28, which promotes the secretion of s IgA in saliva.
