摘要
目的研究妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液对巩膜炎患者房水炎性因子的影响。方法将2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治的82例巩膜炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果、治疗前、后房水炎性因子水平及眼压。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组眼压显著低于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.356)。结论妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗巩膜炎效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops on inflammatory factors inpatients with scleritis. Methods A total of 82 patients from January 2015 to January 2016 admitted in our hospital wererandomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treatedwith conventional medicine, while the observation group was treated with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops onthe basis of the control group, then the effects, levels of aqueous humor inflammatory factors and intraocular pressurebefore and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in theobservation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-1茁 andTNF-琢 decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Aftertreatment, the intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than those before treatment and inthe control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between thetwo groups （P=0.356）. Conclusion The tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops has a obvious effect on inflammatoryfactors in patients with sclera, and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
