摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈,得出游客对旅行社行程计划单的认知情况相关数据,通过数据分析、对比,总结出游客对行程计划单的认知程度,分析游客对行程单认知的分歧点、盲点,从而有针对性的对游客选择合适的行程单进行引导,旨在帮助游客正确选择旅游产品。
With the methods of questionnaires and interviews,related data of tourists' cognition on itineraries from travel agencies is obtained.Having compared and analyzed the data,the author summarizes tourists' cognition on itineraries from travel agencies,and analyzes their bifurcations and blind spots.In the last part of the paper,guidelines and suggestions for tourists are put forward to help them choose tourism products properly.
