摘要
该文介绍了绩效管理各个发展阶段的特点与优缺点,提出整合绩效管理的概念,其最大的特点与优势。介绍了地坛医院推进整合绩效管理的做法和关键流程:完成文化设计,制定战略规划,进行适宜的组织结构调整与优化,运用平衡积分卡设定从医院、到科室、到各岗位的分层绩效考核体系,并辅以有效的组织流程来落实绩效考核结果,推动了医院快速发展。
The paper introduces the features and advantages and disadvantages of performance management in various development phases, puts forwards the concept of integrated performance management and biggest feature and advantages, introduces the practice and key process of promotion of integrated performance management by the Ditan hospital: finishing the culture design, making the strategic plan, conducting the proper organizational structure adjustment and optimization,designing the layer performance examination system from hospital, to department to various posts by the balanced score card, and implement the performance examination results by the effective organizational flow thus promoting the rapid development of the hospital.
