2018年福建省高校体育生传染病防治素养现状调查

摘要 目的了解福建省高校体育生传染病防治素养现况和影响因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对福建省1526名体育生进行问卷调查,单因素方差分析得分差异的影响因素,Pearson分析知信行内容的相关性。结果1526名福建省高校体育生61.60%(940人)知晓传染病防治知识,7.80%(119人)具备传染病防治素养;平均得分依次为:知识认知(3.73±1.02)分、传播途径(0.70±0.53)分、正确行为(2.56±0.26)分、总得分(6.99±1.94)分;知识认知在院校、运动队经历和身体状况组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);传播途径在院校、家庭年收入和读过素养知识否组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01),正确行为在院校、年级和读过素养知识否组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01),总得分则在性别、年级、家庭所在地、家庭年收入和身体健康状况等组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);知识认知与传播途径以及正确行为均显著相关(P<0.01)。结论福建省高校体育生传染病防治素养水平低。 Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of infectious disease prevention and treatment literacy of college physical education(P.E.)students in Fujian province,so as to provide basis for formulating targeted intervention measures.Methods The multi-stage cluster sampling method was applied to conduct questionnaire surveys on 1526university P.E.students in Fujian province.One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the influencing factors of score difference,and Pearson was used to analyze the correlation of knowledge,belief and behavior.Results Among 1526university P.E.students in Fujian province,61.60%(940people)aware of the knowledge of infectious disease prevention and treatment,and 7.80%(119people)had the literacy of infectious disease prevention and treatment.The average score was,in order:perception of knowledge(3.73±1.02)point,route of transmission(0.70±0.53)point,correct behavior(2.56±0.26)point,overall score(6.99±1.94)point;statistical difference existed on the perception of knowledge in variation among schools,sports team experience and physical condition(P<0.05or<0.01),statistical difference existed on the route of transmission in variation among schools,annual household income and read on the accomplishment or not(P<0.05or<0.01),statistical difference existed on the correct behavior in variation among school and grade and had been read on the accomplishment or not(P<0.05or<0.01),statistical difference existed on the overall score in variation among gender and grade,homeplace,annual household income and physical condition(P<0.05);the significant correlationexisted between the perception of knowledge,route of transmission and correct behavior(P<0.01).Conclusion The literacy level of infectious disease prevention and treatment of university P.E.students in Fujian province is low.
