摘要
目的探讨关节镜下新型聚酯纤维人工韧带(Ligament Advanced Reinforcement System,LARS)重建膝前交叉韧带的疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2018年1月我院收治的40例膝前交叉韧带断裂患者作为研究对象,本组患者均在硬膜外麻醉下进行LARS人工韧带重建。采用Lysholm膝关节评分评价本组临床疗效,并观察术前与术后3个月时Lysholm膝关节评分与KT1000关节测量仪指标的变化。结果本组治疗的优良率为95.00%,且术后Lysholm膝关节评分高于术前(P<0.01),KT1000膝关节移动度低于术前(P <0.05)。结论关节镜下LARS人工韧带重建膝前交叉韧带能够有效改善患者的关节功能,保证关节稳定性,适于临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of arthroscopic reconstructionof anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） with LARS artificial ligament. Methods40 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury in our hospital fromJanuary 2016 to January 2018 were selected. The Lysholm knee joint scorewas used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the group, and the changes ofthe Lysholm knee joint score and the KT1000 joint measuring instrumentwere observed before and 3 months after the operation. Results The good rate of treatment in this group was 95.00%. The Lysholm knee score andKT1000 knee joint mobility were better than those before operation （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligamentwith LARS artificial ligament can effectively improve the joint function andensure joint stability, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
