摘要
采用改进设计、先进的工艺技术和综合利用等清洁生产原理,参照不同生产单元的蒸汽能源和水资源的供应和消耗,基于能量梯级利用,进行涤纶短纤维后加工流程的清洁生产方案设计。结果表明:能源梯级利用包括按质用能和梯级利用两个方面,具体涉及水资源时应当按照所含杂质的种类和数量进行梯级利用。经过针对性的修正或改进以后,再生涤纶短纤维后加工流程水资源梯级利用的清洁生产方案同样适应常规和普通涤纶短纤维生产。
In line with the principle of clean production of continuous improvement of design, adoption of advanced technology and comprehensive utilization, and referring to the supply and consumption of steam energy and water resources in different production units, the cleaner production scheme of PET staple fiber post - processing were design based on energy cascade utilization. The results show that cascade utilization of energy resources includes two aspects: utilization according to the energy quality level and cascade utilization, and cascade utilization should be adopted according to the type and quantity of impurities when water resources are involved. The cleaner production scheme of water resources cascade utilization in regenerated PET staple fiber post - processing process also adapts to production of conventional and common PET staple fiber after targeted modification or improvement.
