摘要
清洁生产方案的产生、筛选和实施,是清洁生产及其审核取得实质性进展的关键环节之一。基于SPSS统计分析,研究了清洁生产方案征集与合理化建议之间的逻辑依存,结果表明清洁生产方案征集与合理化建议制度(机制)存在正相关,且合理化建议的运作机制会影响清洁生产方案征集。提出清洁生产方案征集格式的规范,既有利于征集内容的准确表达,也有助于清洁生产审核的PDCA循环。
The raising, selection and implementation of cleaner production programs are the key processes for substantial progress of approval of cleaner production. Based on statistics of SPSS, the logical relationship between collection of cleaner production programs and rationalization proposals were studied. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between programs collection and rationalization proposal mechanism, and the operational mechanism of rationalization proposal would affect the collection of programs. The format specifications for collection of cleaner production programs were raised, which would not only facilitate the accuracy of programs content, but also contribute to carry the PDCA cycle of cleaner production approval.
