摘要
目的 探究分析尼可地尔片联合曲美他嗪在临床中治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果、对血管内皮功能以及炎性因子指标的影响.方法 选择2014年3月至2017年4月到我院接受治疗的108例冠心病心绞痛患者,遵照随机数字表法,平均分为对照组（54例）与观察组（54例）.对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组给予尼可地尔片联合曲美他嗪进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后临床总有效率以及对血管内皮功能、炎性因子指标、心功能的影响情况.结果 两组患者治疗前ET-1、FMD、NO三项血管内皮功能指标水平、TNF-α、hs-CRP炎性因子水平、LVEF、LVEDD、LVPWd心功能指标水平比较（P＞0.05）;经过不同方式治疗后,观察组临床总有效率（92.6％）显著优于对照组（76.0％）（P＜0.05）;且血管内皮功能指标水平、炎性因子水平、心功能指标水平显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 冠心病心绞痛患者选择尼可地尔片联合曲美他嗪进行治疗,可改善心功能以及血管内皮功能,降低炎性因子指标水平,改善临床症状等,促进康复以及提高生存质量,在临床中具有良好的实用价值.
Objective To investigate the effects of Nicorandil combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease and its effects on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 108 patients with angina pectoris treated in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2017 were selected and divided into control group （n=54） and observation group （n=54） according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with Trimetazidine. The observation group was treated with Nicorandil combined with Trimetazidine. The total clinical efficacy and effects on vascular endothelial function, inflammatory factors, and cardiac function after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of ET-1, FMD, NO, TNF-a, hs-CRP inflammatory factors, LVEF, LVEDD and LVPWd levels of cardiac function before treatment were compared between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After different treatments, the clinical total effective rate in the observation group （92.6%） was significantly better than that in the control group （76.0%） （P〈0.05）. And the levels of vascular endothelial fimetion, inflammatory factors and cardiac function were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, the combination of Nicorandil tablets and Trimetazidine for treatment can improve cardiac function and endothelial function, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve clinical symptoms, promote recovery and improve the quality of life, which has a good practical value in clinical practice.
