摘要 目的:分析胃肠外科围手术期手术部位感染危险因素,并探讨预防与治疗方法。方法:选取某院胃肠外科2016年1月~12月收治的手术患者120例,分析手术部位感染高危因素,并据此制定预防策略,探讨治疗方法。结果:120名患者感染发生率为5.8%,高危因素为胃肠道肿瘤根治术、急诊手术、老年人、切口不清洁、手术时间≥2h及住院时间>14d。结论:胃肠外科术后感染风险较高,围术期需积极预防和治疗,以促进康复。 Objective: To analyze the risk factors of gastrointestinal surgery perioperative surgical site infection, and to explore prevention and treatment. Methods: 120 patients with gastrointestinal surgery in a hospital from January 2016 to December was selected, analyzed the surgical site infection risk factors, and discussed the treatment method according to the develop prevention strategies. Results: The incidence of infection of 120 patients was 5.8%, high risk factors were emergency treatment for gastrointestinal cancer radical surgery, emergency operation,the elderly, incision is not clean, operation time was 2 h or more and the length of hospital stay was above 14d. Conclusion: Postoperative gastrointestinal surgery has higher risk of infection, perioperative should be prevented and treated actively, so as to promote recovery.
