摘要
介绍了故障预测与健康管理技术(PHM)基本概念与内涵,回顾了国外飞机发动机、固定翼飞机、直升机、航天飞行器、舰船、车辆和轨道交通等设备PHM技术发展历程及发展现状,分析了我国PHM技术的发展现状及存在的问题,预测了未来发展方向和应用领域。梳理了故障预测与健康管理技术体系架构,介绍了故障模型、状态监测、数据处理、综合诊断、健康管理、维修决策和后勤支援信息系统等关键技术,最后给出了我国发展PHM技术的意见和建议。
This paper introduces the basic concept and content of the prognostic and health management( PHM),and briefly reviews the overseas development history and current development status of the PHM in airplane engine,helicopter,fixed wing aircraft,spacecraft,naval vessel,vehicle and railway transport,and etc. The current development situation and problems of domestic research on the PHM is analyzed and the development direction is expected. The architecture of the PHM is summarized and the key technologies are described for fault model,condition monitoring,data processing,comprehensive diagnosis,health management,maintenance decision and logistic support information system. Finally some opinions and suggestions for promotion of the PHM in China are presented.
