摘要
故障预测与健康管理技术(prognostics and health management,PHM)是实现视情维修、提高系统可靠性、降低系统维护费用的一种重要技术手段,在对PHM技术相关理论技术及国内外发展、应用进行梳理分析的基础上,构建了基于对象层、数据层、信息层及决策层的PHM的技术框架,并对PHM技术框架中的可预测性设计及传感器应用技术、数据预处理技术、健康状态评估、剩余寿命预测及视情维修决策等关键技术的内涵意义及技术实现方法进行了详细的综述分析;最后,结合目前研究现状,指出了仍需解决的问题,对PHM的技术理论及应用研究具有重要的意义。
Prognostics and health management(PHM)is an important technical method which can realize the on condition maintenance,improve the system reliability and reduce the system maintenance cost.Based on analysis of related theory,development and application of PHM at home and abroad,constructed the technical framework of PHM including the object layer,data layer,information layer and decision-making layer,and reviewed in detail on the PHM framework's connotation and implementation methods,such as predictability design technology and sensor technology,data preprocessing technology,health status assessment,remaining life prediction,on condition maintenance decision and so on.At last,combining with the current research situation,pointed out the problems that needed to be solved.This paper is of great significance to the technical theory an application of PHM.
