摘要
以海外工程分包管理作为研究的主体,阐述了分包管理的优点,对各种模式进行了分析,并提出了分包控制要点,涉及到分包商选择、过程控制和价格控制,有效规避了风险,提高了我国海外工程实施水平。
The article takes subcontracting management overseas projects as the main body of research, expounds the advantages of subcontracting management, then analyzes various models, and puts forward the key points of subcontracting control, involving subcontractor selection, process control and price control, thus effectively avoiding risks and improving the implementation level of China's overseas projects.
