摘要
现如今,我国大型企业在项目管理中逐步引入二级管理,即所谓的分包合作管理。以非洲安哥拉某公路项目为例,分别从策划、合作商、管理模式等多方面探讨了总承包商分包管理的经验。
At present,large enterprises in China gradually introduce secondary management in project management,that is the so-called subcontract cooperative management.Taking a road project in Angola,Africa as an example,the experience of general contractor subcontracting management is discussed from the aspects of planning,cooperation and management mode.
